Ingredients: 1 pound ground meat; 1/2 onions, chopped shallot; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 pinch cumin; 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce; 90 grams goat cheese; 90 grams spinach; 3 hamburger buns, grilled toasts; 2/3 cups blueberry, black (for the glaze); 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, aged dark Black Raspberry and Ginger Olio Fino® (for the glaze); 1 tablespoon brown sugar, (for the glaze); 1/4 cups water, (for the glaze)

Turn on the gas or charcoal grill. In a large bowl, mix the meat, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and all the dry ingredients. Mix well. Combine the blackberries, brown sugar, Black Raspberry Balsamic and Ginger, and water in a saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes, or until the liquid reaches a good thick consistency. If the mixture is still too thin, cook it longer, and if it becomes too thick, add more water.
