  • First, chop the meat if we haven't bought it already minced, which we can do with a traditional grinder. Once we have it minced, we will season it with salt and pepper, and set it aside for later.
  • We will chop the garlic, onion, and parsley as finely as possible, either with a sharp knife or with the same food processor used before. The finer you leave these ingredients, the better when it comes to eating the burgers.
  • In a large bowl, which allows us to knead well, we will add the minced meat seasoned with salt and pepper, and we add the chopped onion, garlic, and parsley, mixing so that they distribute well throughout. Do it patiently.
  • When you have it well kneaded, add the two eggs and knead again with your hands until the eggs are completely integrated into the mixture.
  • Add the breadcrumbs to give some body and consistency to the dough, and knead well. You should let the dough rest in the refrigerator for at least one or two hours.
  • After that time, we will start preparing the burgers. To handle the dough, it is better to put a little olive oil on your hands so that it doesn’t stick. We will make balls of the dough, which we will flatten to achieve the thickness we want for the burgers.
  • Adjust the size according to your preferences. If the dough needs more or less consistency, correct it by adding more breadcrumbs or a little milk, depending on whether you need more or less consistency. We recommend placing them on a piece of aluminum foil or transparent paper, so they don’t stick.
  • If you are going to make the burgers, you just have to put them on the grill with a little extra virgin olive oil and cook them well on both sides.
