First, chop the meat if we haven't bought it already minced, which we can do with a traditional grinder. Once we have it minced, we will season it with salt and pepper, and set it aside for later. We will chop the garlic, onion, and parsley as finely as possible, either with a sharp knife or with the same food processor used before. The finer you leave these ingredients, the better when it comes to eating the burgers.
