  • 750 grams ground beef, lean, sirloin
  • 1 tablespoon Maizena® cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 cups onion, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 6 burger buns
  • 6 tablespoons Hellmann's® classic mayonnaise
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 red onions, cut into rings

  • Mix the ground beef with Maizena® Regular Cornstarch, Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth, onion, pepper, mustard, parsley, and the egg.
  • Knead until achieving a homogeneous appearance and form 6 burgers.
  • Heat the oil on a grill and cook the burgers until golden brown on both sides.
  • Spread Hellmann's® Classic + Lemon on each bun and lightly heat them on the grill.
  • Form the burgers along with the tomato and onion. Serve.
