750 grams ground beef, lean, sirloin
1 tablespoon Maizena® cornstarch
1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
1/2 cups onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon mustard
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 egg
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
6 burger buns
6 tablespoons Hellmann's® classic mayonnaise
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 red onions, cut into rings

Mix the ground beef with Maizena® Regular Cornstarch, Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth, onion, pepper, mustard, parsley, and the egg.
Knead until achieving a homogeneous appearance and form 6 burgers.
Heat the oil on a grill and cook the burgers until golden brown on both sides.
Spread Hellmann's® Classic + Lemon on each bun and lightly heat them on the grill.
Form the burgers along with the tomato and onion. Serve.
