Hamburger Meat

This is a very simple recipe that I prepare to always have in the freezer; whenever I don't know what to cook, I take out my burgers and that's it. The best part is that they turn out delicious and can be eaten with almost anything. They can be accompanied by salad, or the classic with bread, etc.

  • Grate the onion and then sauté it in a little olive oil until it becomes translucent, remove from heat and let it cool a bit.
  • In a large enough bowl for the meat, place the meat and knead it with your hands, add the soy sauce and continue kneading. Gradually add all the ingredients, once everything is mixed, add the onion and knead; the mixture should be firm.
  • You can taste the mixture and add more spice or salt according to your preference.
  • To keep the burger juicy but not raw in the center, shape it not too thick, as it tends to thicken when you put it in the pan.
  • In a high heat skillet, add a little olive oil and cook your little burger. Let it sear and flip it, do not allow it to dry out completely as it will lose all its juiciness.
