6 leaves butterhead lettuce, Eva®
6 slices Manchego cheese
2 tomatoes, in slices

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the hamburger meat.
Shape the hamburgers by hand to a good size.
In a pan, heat the oil and fry each hamburger until cooked. Drain on paper towels.
Open the lettuce leaves and place the meat inside, a slice of cheese, slices of tomato, and avocado. Close and serve.
