Cheese-Stuffed Beef Fillet Wrapped in Bacon

  • 4 beef, sheet
  • 4 tablespoons Crosse & Blackwell® worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Maggi® seasoning sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup asadero cheese, cut into pieces
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 avocado, for the salad, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups mango, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups pineapple, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cups tomato, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Habanero chile, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 pinch pepper

  • On a baking dish, place the beef sheets, add Crosse & Blackwell® Worcestershire Sauce, MAGGI® seasoning, and garlic powder, and marinate for 10 minutes.
  • On a cutting board, place a sheet of beef, a piece of asadero cheese, roll it up, and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  • Cover with a slice of bacon, and cook over medium heat in a pan until the meat is cooked and the bacon is crispy. Set aside.
  • For the salad, in a bowl, mix the avocado with mango, pineapple, tomato, red onion, habanero pepper, and dress with olive oil and lime juice.
  • Serve the salad on lettuce leaves with a side of beef fillet roll.
