Cheeseburger

We give you the secret recipe to prepare the best cheeseburger! The meat is very juicy and flavorful, made from ground beef with diced tomatoes and a crunchy touch of bacon; topped with melted cheddar and manchego cheese. Irresistibly delicious!

  • 1/2 kilos ground veal
  • 1/2 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups white onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cups bacon, fried and finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 slices cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices Manchego cheese
  • 3 burger buns

  • red beefsteak tomato, sliced

  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef with cilantro, onion, tomato, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg, breadcrumbs, bacon, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Form the patties into approximately 150 grams each.
  • Heat a grill over high heat with the oil and cook the burgers on both sides; when they are ¾ cooked, place a slice of cheddar cheese and another of manchego on each burger and let them melt with the heat. Remove.
  • For assembly, spread a little mustard on the bottom of each bun, place the meat, lettuce leaves, tomato, red onion, bacon, pickles, jalapeño pepper, ketchup, close with the top bun, and enjoy.
