  • Combine ground beef, egg, parsley, white wine, Manchego cheese, nutmeg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl, then mix very well with a spoon until the ingredients are well integrated and you obtain a compact mixture.
  • Place parchment paper or grease a baking sheet, then spread the meat mixture trying to extend it over the sheet, but be careful! It shouldn't be too thin. Cut the patties using a medium circular cutter or a glass or any lid. Set aside.
  • Place the ground beef patties in a bamboo steamer and cook for 5 minutes. Serve with salad and enjoy!
