Ground Beef with Potatoes

  • 450 grams ground meat, beef
  • 3 cups tomato, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, small chopped
  • 2 potatoes, cooked and diced
  • vegetable oil
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning

  • Brown the meat, stirring occasionally, in a large skillet over medium heat for 10 min. or until the meat is well browned; drain. Return it to the skillet.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients; stir. Bring to a boil; maintain a gentle simmer over low heat and cook for 25 min., stirring every 10 min.
  • Serve.
