  • Mix the ground beef with the breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Integrate everything perfectly. Set aside.
  • Place aluminum foil on a baking tray and arrange the bacon slices horizontally, then spread the meat mixture along the bacon and try not to disturb it.
  • Spread the ham slices all over the meat, then the grated cheese, and finally, the spinach.
  • Roll it up using the aluminum foil and bake the meat roll at 200 °C for 70 minutes.
  • While the roll is baking, prepare the sauce for brushing! Mix ketchup with seasoning sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and salt in a bowl, then mix until combined. Set aside.
  • Remove the roll from the oven, then take off the aluminum foil and brush with the sauce you prepared. Finish cooking the meat roll in the oven for 15 more minutes at the same temperature, just to perfectly brown the crust. If necessary, brush with a bit more sauce.
  • Remove the ham and cheese stuffed meat roll from the oven, let it rest to allow the juices to settle. Then, slice and serve with potatoes and salad.
