  • 750 grams ground meat, for the meat
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped, for the meat
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, for the meat
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped, for the meat
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, shredded, for the meat
  • 2 tablespoons mustard, for the meat
  • 1 egg, for the meat
  • 1 tablespoon salt, for the meat
  • 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 4 slices pineapple
  • 200 grams bacon
  • 1/2 cups tomato sauce, for the sauce
  • 11/2 tablespoons sugar, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, for the sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons paprika, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, for the sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, for the sauce
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 1 avocado, in slices
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese

  • For the meat, mix all the ingredients and form burgers with your hands.
  • Heat the oil over medium heat in a pan and fry each burger until cooked. Set aside.
  • Cut the cheese into slices according to the size of the pineapple. Place it on top of the pineapple, making sure not to cover the center, and wrap them in bacon. Set aside.
  • Combine all the sauce ingredients until you achieve a smooth mixture. Set aside.
  • In a grill pan, cook the pineapples over medium heat, basting them with the sauce until the bacon is golden brown.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing the meat on the bread over lettuce, pineapple, and avocado. Serve.
