Delicious rolls of meat filled with vegetables, drenched in cilantro and avocado sauce, accompanied by a tasty salad of lettuce and grapefruit, ideal for a fresh family meal.

  • 1/2 kilos beefsteak
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 potato
  • 1 pumpkin
  • 1/2 avocados
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 3 leaves lettuce
  • 1 grapefruit
  • garlic, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Preheat a large skillet.
  • Separately, bring the carrots, potato, and zucchini to a boil.
  • Season the meat with garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill the meat to taste.
  • Cut the lettuce and grapefruit into cubes.
  • For the sauce, place the cilantro, cream, and avocado with salt to taste in the blender until you have a smooth mixture.
  • Once the vegetables are well boiled, cut them into strips.
  • Roll the vegetables of your choice in each steak.
  • Finally, drizzle the rolls with the cilantro sauce and serve with the lettuce and grapefruit salad.
