1/2 avocados
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1/4 cups sour cream
3 leaves lettuce
1 grapefruit
garlic, to taste

Preheat a large skillet.
Separately, bring the carrots, potato, and zucchini to a boil.
Season the meat with garlic, salt, and pepper.
Grill the meat to taste.
Cut the lettuce and grapefruit into cubes.
For the sauce, place the cilantro, cream, and avocado with salt to taste in the blender until you have a smooth mixture.
Once the vegetables are well boiled, cut them into strips.
Roll the vegetables of your choice in each steak.
Finally, drizzle the rolls with the cilantro sauce and serve with the lettuce and grapefruit salad.
