1/2 kilos dried meat, or Sonoran machaca
1/2 kilos Oaxaca cheese
12 corn tortillas
1/2 onions, chopped
1 Romaine lettuce, finely chopped
2 tomatillos, finely chopped
1/2 cups table cream
1 cup beef broth
1/4 lime juice
oregano
salt, to taste
vegetable oil

Slice the onion and marinate with lime juice, salt, and oregano.
Finely chop the tomatoes and romaine lettuce.
Heat the oil in a skillet to 160 degrees.
Place the corn tortilla and add the machaca with the Oaxaca cheese, then fold.
Slowly add them to the skillet, frying on both sides.
Place the tacos on a shallow plate, adding lettuce, tomato, and onion.
Drizzle the tacos with the sour cream.
Finish by pouring beef broth over them.
