Alambre with Wine and Pepper

We present you a recipe that will take no more than 10 minutes to prepare; it’s so easy that you won’t believe it’s a delicious alambre. This dish is perfect for when you have guests at home. Delicious!

  • 1 envelope Knorr® Mis Recetas Al Horno wine and black pepper
  • 500 grams rump steak, cut into medium cubes
  • 1/2 cups onion, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, seedless, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, seedless, cut into medium cubes
  • 4 tomatoes, seedless, chopped
  • 1/2 cups water

  • Remove the bag from the packaging and keep the tie. Open the bag.
  • Cut the bell pepper and onion into cubes.
  • Place all the ingredients in a bag.
  • Sprinkle Knorr® Mis Recetas Al Horno Wine and Pepper seasoning.
  • Add ½ cup of water. Mix.
  • Close the bag with the tie.
  • Bake for 45 minutes at 180° C.
  • Serve.
