In a deep dish, beat the egg, add the semolina, flour, milk (check the thickness; it should be firm), and Royal. Mix this mixture with the meat and bread. Form a ball.
Wrap the ball in a clean, thin cloth, tying the ends with a string, leaving the tails. It will look like a gigantic wrapped candy.
Place the ball over a pot of boiling water for half an hour on one side and half an hour on the other.
After that, unwrap it and serve it in slices, garnished with slices of raw tomato on the sides or with parsley.
