1 tablespoon Knorr® beef bouillon
1/2 kilos beef cutlet, cut into strips 5 cm long
4 tablespoons sunflower oil, or sesame
2 teaspoons cornstarch, cornstarch
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic
2 carrots, julienne
2 green bell peppers, julienne
300 grams broccoli
180 grams soybean sprouts
150 grams button mushrooms
1 teaspoon ground ginger, (optional)

Cut the breaded steaks into strips 6 cm long. Place them in a deep bowl, add 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Beef Flavor Bouillon.
Heat the oil in a skillet, fry the meat on both sides. Add Maizena® cornstarch and soy sauce. Set the meat aside on a plate.
In the same skillet, sauté the sliced onion and garlic. Once translucent, add the carrots and bell peppers.
When the carrots are soft, incorporate the rest of the vegetables: broccoli, bean sprouts, and mushrooms. Cook covered for 10 minutes.
Add more soy sauce if desired, chopped ginger, and a splash of sesame oil. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve immediately, accompanied by steamed rice.
