Beef with Green Beans in Broth

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • garlic salt, for the meat
  • pepper, for the meat
  • 250 grams beef, chopped into pieces
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1/2 cups tomato purée
  • 1/3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 bay leaves
  • cilantro, for garnish

  • Pour the oil into a saucepan over medium heat, and once hot, add the garlic along with the onion, then add the meat and season with garlic salt and pepper.
  • Add the green beans, the tomato puree, a little chicken broth, and add the bay leaf. Cook for 5 minutes or until it boils, then adjust the seasoning. Note! The broth should not be thick or dry.
  • Serve the beef with green beans in broth in a deep plate and garnish with a sprig of cilantro.
