1 1/2 cups serrano chile, in strips for filling
1 can evaporated milk
2 dice garlic seasoning
1 cube chicken broth
1/4 cups tomato purée
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved
1/2 cups water, fry, to dissolve the cornstarch
1 kilo beef shank, beef, cooked and chopped
12 corn tortillas, heated
1/2 cups fresh cilantro, washed, disinfected, and chopped

For the sauce: blend the strips with the following 4 ingredients.
Heat in a pot, and when it starts to boil, add the starch, previously dissolved.
Cook for 5 minutes or until it thickens a bit, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
Fill each tortilla with the chambarete, pour the sauce over, and garnish with chopped cilantro.
