Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups serrano chile, in strips for filling; 1 can evaporated milk; 2 dice garlic seasoning; 1 cube chicken broth; 1/4 cups tomato purée; 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved; 1/2 cups water, fry, to dissolve the cornstarch; 1 kilo beef shank, beef, cooked and chopped; 12 corn tortillas, heated; 1/2 cups fresh cilantro, washed, disinfected, and chopped
