It is a very easy loaf to make, and kids will love it; this meatloaf recipe is very tasty.

1 kilo ground beef
3 cups vegetable salad
1/4 kilos deli ham, chopped
1 tablespoon chicken consommé
1 egg
100 grams bacon

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the bacon.
In a mold, line the bottom and sides with bacon, then pour in the ground meat on top. Press down gently to ensure everything is even.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 1 hour.
After an hour, flip it over and return it to the oven for 15 minutes to brown the bacon, which provides the topping for the loaf.
It can be eaten hot or cold with a salad.
