Easy Meatloaf

It is a very easy loaf to make, and kids will love it; this meatloaf recipe is very tasty.

  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • 3 cups vegetable salad
  • 1/4 kilos deli ham, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chicken consommé
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams bacon

  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the bacon.
  • In a mold, line the bottom and sides with bacon, then pour in the ground meat on top. Press down gently to ensure everything is even.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for about 1 hour.
  • After an hour, flip it over and return it to the oven for 15 minutes to brown the bacon, which provides the topping for the loaf.
  • It can be eaten hot or cold with a salad.
