French Meatloaf

The meat is very versatile to prepare. This recipe is for meatloaf with a touch of French cuisine, enjoy!

  • 750 grams ground meat

  • Place the meat in a greased container.
  • Add the leek, onion, carrots, celery, and mushrooms to the meat and mix.
  • Blend the tomato with the thyme.
  • Add the broth to the meat with vegetables and mix.
  • Bake at 250° for 30 minutes.
  • For the sauce: Mash the potatoes and put them in a pot.
  • Add to the pot the milk, water, margarine, salt, and pepper.
  • Bring to a boil, serve over the meatloaf.
