750 grams ground meat
1 cup leek, chopped
1 red onion, small chop
2 carrots, chopped
1 sprig celery, chop
100 grams button mushrooms, in slices
400 grams tomato
2 tablespoons thyme
700 grams potato, cooked
4 tablespoons low-fat milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt, and pepper
125 milliliters water
Preparation

Place the meat in a greased container.
Add the leek, onion, carrots, celery, and mushrooms to the meat and mix.
Blend the tomato with the thyme.
Add the broth to the meat with vegetables and mix.
Bake at 250° for 30 minutes.
For the sauce: Mash the potatoes and put them in a pot.
Add to the pot the milk, water, margarine, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil, serve over the meatloaf.
