This ground beef and potato stew is super easy to prepare; you can eat it in tacos, on tostadas, or just by itself and it tastes delicious any way. I assure you that once you try it, you will want to make it again.

1/2 onions
100 milliliters tomato sauce
300 grams ground beef
pepper, to taste
salt, to taste
bay, to taste
oregano, to taste

Cut the potato into cubes and boil it.
Blend tomato with onion to taste, add the tomato broth, season, and pour in the cooked potato.
Once seasoned, add the ground beef.
Let it dry and add salt to taste as well as bay leaf and oregano.
