Cook the beef flank in a deep pot or pressure cooker with a piece of onion, a clove of garlic, and bay leaves.
Let cool and remove from the pot. Shred the meat and reserve the broth.
Place the meat in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Beef Flavor Broth, red onion, serrano chili, oregano, and cilantro. Let rest so the meat absorbs all the flavor of the ingredients.
Tear the lettuces by hand or with scissors. Disinfect for 10 minutes.
In a wooden bowl, add the meat mixture, the lettuces, radish, avocado, and tomato. Gently mix with a wooden spoon to avoid wilting the lettuce or mashing the avocado.
Add enough olive oil, a splash of vinegar, and lime juice. Season with pepper and a little more oregano.
Serve on tostadas or accompany with corn chips.
