Ingredients: 1 tablespoon Knorr® beef bouillon; 1 kilo skirt steak; 1/4 onions, in pieces; 2 cloves garlic; leaves bay; 1/2 red onions, in cubes; 1 serrano chile, in slices; dried oregano, to taste; fresh cilantro, chopped, to taste; mixed lettuce; 1 radish, in slices; 2 avocados; 1/2 kilos tomato, in cubes; 1/2 tablespoons pepper, ground; 2 tablespoons lime juice; white vinegar; olive oil

Cook the beef flank in a deep pot or pressure cooker with a piece of onion, a clove of garlic, and bay leaves. Let cool and remove from the pot. Shred the meat and reserve the broth.
