Meat in Its Juice with Bacon

  • 500 grams beef cutlet
  • 200 grams bacon
  • 500 grams beans, cooked
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

  • Chop the bacon and cut the meat into small cubes. Set aside.
  • In a hot pot, fry the bacon until it releases its fat, and add the garlic; before the bacon browns, add the meat and stir gently.
  • When the meat is halfway cooked, add the beans and season with salt. Let it boil for 10 minutes and serve.
