Meat with Chipotle and Mushrooms

A delicious recipe for when you don't have much time. Ideal for those just starting as cooks. It's an easy preparation with an incomparable flavor. The meat with chipotles and mushrooms is simply delicious.

  • 1 kilo beef, Cut into Pieces
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 chipotle chiles, Can Serve 4 Depending on Taste
  • 1 can white button mushrooms, In Pieces
  • 1 pinch salt, To Taste
  • 1 pinch pepper, To Taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • water, to taste

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan. Fry the meat. Stir occasionally. Wait until it's nicely browned.
  • Soak the tomatoes in water (enough water to almost cover them) and cook them. Once cooked, transfer them to the blender with the chipotle peppers, salt, and garlic. Blend well.
  • Add the freshly blended mixture to the saucepan with the meat. Let it boil for a moment.
  • Add the mushrooms, which have been drained beforehand, and let it boil again.
  • It can be served with refried beans or from the pot.
