Meatloaf with Vegetables

  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® beef bouillon
  • 1 cup onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 1 sprig celery, chopped
  • 1 carrot, minced
  • 1 tablespoon shallot, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2/3 cups ketchup
  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cups parsley, chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
  • In a saucepan, sauté the onion with the butter, garlic, celery, carrot, and shallot. Cook for 5 minutes and season with pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Add the ketchup and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  • In a bowl, mix the vegetables with the meat, breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Beef Flavor Broth, eggs, and parsley. Pour into a previously greased mold and add the remaining ketchup on top.
  • Bake for one hour at 180 °C or until well cooked.
