In a saucepan, sauté the onion with the butter, garlic, celery, carrot, and shallot. Cook for 5 minutes and season with pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Add the ketchup and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
In a bowl, mix the vegetables with the meat, breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Beef Flavor Broth, eggs, and parsley. Pour into a previously greased mold and add the remaining ketchup on top.
Bake for one hour at 180 °C or until well cooked.
