  • 8 Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® whole grain
  • 200 grams dried meat, for machaca
  • 100 milliliters tomato purée
  • 30 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 20 grams chipotle chile in adobo sauce
  • 1 butterhead lettuce, washed, disinfected, and dry leaves
  • 150 grams cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped without seeds
  • 1/4 red onions, finely chopped
  • 2 limes, just the juice
  • 5 grams salt
  • 1 pinch ground pepper

  • Heat the oil and fry the dried beef, being careful not to burn it, add the tomato puree and the chipotle pepper.
  • Mix the tomato, onion, and lime juice, season with salt and pepper, and serve in your tacos.
