200 grams dried meat, for machaca
100 milliliters tomato purée
30 milliliters vegetable oil
20 grams chipotle chile in adobo sauce
1 butterhead lettuce, washed, disinfected, and dry leaves
150 grams cheddar cheese, grated
2 tomatoes, finely chopped without seeds
1/4 red onions, finely chopped
2 limes, just the juice
5 grams salt
1 pinch ground pepper

Heat the oil and fry the dried beef, being careful not to burn it, add the tomato puree and the chipotle pepper.
Mix the tomato, onion, and lime juice, season with salt and pepper, and serve in your tacos.
