Ingredients: 8 Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® whole grain; 200 grams dried meat, for machaca; 100 milliliters tomato purée; 30 milliliters vegetable oil; 20 grams chipotle chile in adobo sauce; 1 butterhead lettuce, washed, disinfected, and dry leaves; 150 grams cheddar cheese, grated; 2 tomatoes, finely chopped without seeds; 1/4 red onions, finely chopped; 2 limes, just the juice; 5 grams salt; 1 pinch ground pepper
