Spicy Meaty and Soupy

It was a Friday lunchtime invention, spicy meat but soupy, useful for tacos like barbacoa or in a deep plate with lime and onion mmmmm.

  • 1/2 kilos beef, in pieces
  • 1 cube knorr barbecue
  • 1 can tomato purée
  • 5 chiltepín chiles
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • Heat a pan with olive oil.
  • Once hot, add the meat.
  • When it changes color, add all the ingredients and cover to let it boil.
