Teriyaki Beef Rolls with Asparagus and Carrots

  • 300 grams beef, thin
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sake
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 dozens asparagus, fresh
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Knorr® beef bouillon

  • Boil 4 cups of water. Add ½ teaspoon of Knorr® Beef Flavor Bouillon, the asparagus, and the carrots. Let it boil until the asparagus has a bright green color and the carrots soften slightly, about 10 minutes.
  • Cut the asparagus into three parts. Cut the carrots in half and into strips lengthwise.
  • In a deep bowl, mix the soy sauce, sake, ginger, ketchup, and sugar to prepare the teriyaki sauce.
  • Cut the beef into long rectangular pieces and mix with half of the teriyaki sauce. Season the meat with 1 teaspoon of Knorr® Beef Flavor Bouillon for 2-3 minutes.
  • In a hot skillet, add the oil and cook the meat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove the meat from the heat and add the remaining teriyaki sauce.
  • Prepare the beef rolls by wrapping 2 pieces of asparagus and 2 pieces of carrot with the meat.
  • Serve immediately.
