Boil 4 cups of water. Add ½ teaspoon of Knorr® Beef Flavor Bouillon, the asparagus, and the carrots. Let it boil until the asparagus has a bright green color and the carrots soften slightly, about 10 minutes.
Cut the asparagus into three parts. Cut the carrots in half and into strips lengthwise.
In a deep bowl, mix the soy sauce, sake, ginger, ketchup, and sugar to prepare the teriyaki sauce.
Cut the beef into long rectangular pieces and mix with half of the teriyaki sauce. Season the meat with 1 teaspoon of Knorr® Beef Flavor Bouillon for 2-3 minutes.
In a hot skillet, add the oil and cook the meat for 2-3 minutes.
Remove the meat from the heat and add the remaining teriyaki sauce.
Prepare the beef rolls by wrapping 2 pieces of asparagus and 2 pieces of carrot with the meat.
Serve immediately.
