Ingredients: 300 grams beef, thin; 6 tablespoons soy sauce; 2 tablespoons sugar; 2 tablespoons sake; 3 tablespoons vegetable oil; 1 tablespoon ginger, chopped; 1 tablespoon ketchup; 2 dozens asparagus, fresh; 3 carrots; 1 1/2 teaspoons Knorr® beef bouillon

Boil 4 cups of water. Add ½ teaspoon of Knorr® Beef Flavor Bouillon, the asparagus, and the carrots. Let it boil until the asparagus has a bright green color and the carrots soften slightly, about 10 minutes. Cut the asparagus into three parts. Cut the carrots in half and into strips lengthwise.
