Bacon-Wrapped Meatballs

A quiet Saturday at home and you find out that your husband invited his friends over to watch football, and you don't know what to prepare for them; this recipe will save you. Delicious meatballs wrapped in bacon. So tasty!

  • 500 grams beef, ground (preferably Sirloin)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1/2 bunches parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cups red chile, ground
  • 300 grams bacon, sliced thick
  • vegetable oil, to taste

  • Mix the meat, egg, cumin, oregano, parsley, and pepper. Form balls about 5 centimeters wide.
  • Add oil to a skillet and sear the meatballs.
  • Place the sugar and chili powder in a bowl. Coat the meatballs in this mixture.
  • Cut the bacon slices in half. Wrap the meatballs with bacon and secure them with a toothpick.
  • Arrange the meatballs on a greased baking tray and bake at 200° C for 20 minutes.
