Bacon-Wrapped Meatballs

500 grams beef, ground (preferably Sirloin)
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 tablespoons dried oregano
1/2 bunches parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cups red chile, ground
300 grams bacon, sliced thick
vegetable oil, to taste

Mix the meat, egg, cumin, oregano, parsley, and pepper. Form balls about 5 centimeters wide.
Add oil to a skillet and sear the meatballs.
Place the sugar and chili powder in a bowl. Coat the meatballs in this mixture.
Cut the bacon slices in half. Wrap the meatballs with bacon and secure them with a toothpick.
Arrange the meatballs on a greased baking tray and bake at 200° C for 20 minutes.
