1/2 cups rice, stewed
1/4 cups spearmint, finely chopped
1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped
1 pinch oregano
2 pumpkins, cut into cubes
2 carrots, cut into cubes
salt and pepper
1 egg
3 cups tomato sauce

Mix the meat with the rice, parsley, mint, oregano, egg, salt, and pepper.
Shape the balls, without overworking the meat.
In a pot, pour the tomato sauce, add the carrots and zucchini. Add the meatballs, cover, and let cook over medium heat for about 25 minutes.
