  • Mix the meat with the rice, parsley, mint, oregano, egg, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the balls, without overworking the meat.
  • In a pot, pour the tomato sauce, add the carrots and zucchini. Add the meatballs, cover, and let cook over medium heat for about 25 minutes.
