1/2 cups McCormick® mustard, original for the dressing
1 tablespoon onion powder, for the dressing
2 tablespoons honey, for the dressing
lime zest, for the dressing
salt, for the dressing
pepper, for the dressing
parsley, chopped for garnish

For the meatballs, mix the ground beef, garlic powder, parsley, egg, and cooked bacon with McCormick® Original Mustard, season with salt and pepper, and using your hands, form bite-sized meatballs.
Dip the meatballs in the egg, bread them, and set aside.
Heat a pot with oil over medium heat and fry the meatballs for 6 minutes; place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
For the dressing, in a bowl mix the sour cream with McCormick® Original Mustard, onion powder, honey, lemon zest; season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Serve the meatballs with the mustard dressing and garnish with parsley.
