Meatballs with Mustard Dressing

  • For the meatballs, mix the ground beef, garlic powder, parsley, egg, and cooked bacon with McCormick® Original Mustard, season with salt and pepper, and using your hands, form bite-sized meatballs.
  • Dip the meatballs in the egg, bread them, and set aside.
  • Heat a pot with oil over medium heat and fry the meatballs for 6 minutes; place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  • For the dressing, in a bowl mix the sour cream with McCormick® Original Mustard, onion powder, honey, lemon zest; season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Serve the meatballs with the mustard dressing and garnish with parsley.
