Low
  • In a bowl, mix the panko and milk and let it sit for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix the ground meat, parsley, thyme, garlic powder, salt, pepper, egg, parmesan cheese, and the milk and panko mixture. Form the meatballs and set aside.
  • Heat 100% pure canola Capullo® oil in a skillet. Cook the meatballs for 10 minutes, remove, add the onion, salt, pepper, and white wine, and cook for 5 minutes. Incorporate the flour and mix until combined. Pour in the beef broth and thyme and mix until a sauce forms.Add the meatballs, cook for 15 more minutes, sprinkle with cheese, and cover to gratin.
  • Serve the meatballs and accompany with slices of rustic bread.
