1/4 cups La Costeña® chipotle pepper in adobo sauce

For the meatballs, in a bowl mix the meat with the breadcrumbs, garlic, onion, oregano, mustard, salt, pepper, and the egg.
With the help of your hands, form the meatballs filling them with the cheese cubes. Set aside.
In a deep skillet, heat the oil with the butter and cook the onion, garlic, leek, celery, and carrot. Add La Costeña® beef gravy, beef broth, and La Costeña® chipotle. Let it come to a boil, remove from heat, and cool slightly.
Blend the previous preparation until you obtain a smooth sauce.
In the same skillet, sear the meatballs over high heat with a little oil. Add the sauce, lower the heat, and let the meatballs cook covered until they are done. About 30 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Serve with the sauce.
