1/2 kilos beef tripe
60 grams onion
60 grams tomato
30 grams serrano chile, to taste
5 grams epazote, to taste
1 tablespoon chicken broth
20 milliliters oil

Check if the beef tripe is clean; if not, rinse it and cut it into cubes.
Chop the onion and tomato into small cubes.
Chop the epazote and chilies finely.
In a skillet, add the oil, tripe, onion, and tomato; fry for 10 minutes.
Add the chilies, epazote, and broth; cook for 10 more minutes and serve.
