Minced Meat Roll

  • 500 grams veal, minced
  • 1/2 onions, cut into small cubes
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, minced finely
  • 100 grams breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • salt, and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon pimentón, powder
  • 150 grams deli ham
  • 100 grams cheese, in slices
  • 100 grams bacon

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl, mix everything very well, and on a piece of aluminum foil, spread and flatten the meat to create a rectangle. Place the ham and cheese from left to right on top, roll it up using the foil to help you.
  • Place the strips of bacon on top and cover with aluminum foil, bake for 20 minutes. Cut into slices and serve.
