Poblano Pepper and Arrachera Skewer

  • 1 package cream cheese, in Slices
  • 3 Poblano chiles, grilled
  • 400 grams skirt steak
  • 1 red onion
  • 6 tomatillos
  • 2 árbol chiles
  • 2 tablespoons white onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • salt

  • Cut the chili and onion into cubes of the same size. Cook the arrachera and cut into cubes the same size as the previous vegetables.
  • Immerse the tomato in hot water and cook. Blend with the árbol chili and cilantro.
  • Sauté the onion and garlic in oil, add the blended tomato and season with salt. Let it reduce.
  • Assemble the skewers by alternating a piece of onion, Philadelphia® Cream Cheese, meat, and chili.
  • Serve with the sauce.
