3 Poblano chiles, grilled
400 grams skirt steak
1 red onion
6 tomatillos
2 árbol chiles
2 tablespoons white onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

Cut the chili and onion into cubes of the same size. Cook the arrachera and cut into cubes the same size as the previous vegetables.
Immerse the tomato in hot water and cook. Blend with the árbol chili and cilantro.
Sauté the onion and garlic in oil, add the blended tomato and season with salt. Let it reduce.
Assemble the skewers by alternating a piece of onion, Philadelphia® Cream Cheese, meat, and chili.
Serve with the sauce.
