Roast Beef with Rosemary

A simply delicious dish, the rosemary beef recipe has a spectacular flavor. It is a preparation that cooks in a short time and has a taste you will love. For a lighter dish, omit the white wine.

  • 1 kilo veal
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 head garlic
  • salt, to taste
  • vegetable oil
  • 1/8 liters water
  • white wine

  • Brown the meat in a pressure cooker with a little oil and lightly seasoned with salt and pepper.
  • Once browned on the outside, add a little water (about half a glass) and white wine (another half glass).
  • Add a sprig of fresh rosemary, cover the pot, and seal it under pressure.
  • When the pot reaches maximum cooking, count 40 minutes.
  • Let the pot lose pressure and once we can open it, take out the beef checking that it is tender, slice it, strain the sauce, and thicken it with a little cornstarch.
  • Serve with a side of cooked vegetables.
