A simply delicious dish, the rosemary beef recipe has a spectacular flavor. It is a preparation that cooks in a short time and has a taste you will love. For a lighter dish, omit the white wine.
Brown the meat in a pressure cooker with a little oil and lightly seasoned with salt and pepper.
Once browned on the outside, add a little water (about half a glass) and white wine (another half glass).
Add a sprig of fresh rosemary, cover the pot, and seal it under pressure.
When the pot reaches maximum cooking, count 40 minutes.
Let the pot lose pressure and once we can open it, take out the beef checking that it is tender, slice it, strain the sauce, and thicken it with a little cornstarch.
Serve with a side of cooked vegetables.
