  • Sear the Prime Rib in a skillet on both sides.
  • Cover a baking dish with enough damp salt.
  • Add a bed of herbs and spices.
  • Place the meat inside the baking dish and repeat the steps by covering it with salt and fine herbs again.
  • Bake for 40 minutes per kilogram of meat at 180°C. In this case, since it's 300 grams, bake for 10-15 minutes.
