Sear the Prime Rib in a skillet on both sides.
Cover a baking dish with enough damp salt.
Add a bed of herbs and spices.
Place the meat inside the baking dish and repeat the steps by covering it with salt and fine herbs again.
Bake for 40 minutes per kilogram of meat at 180°C. In this case, since it's 300 grams, bake for 10-15 minutes.
