1 jar barbecue sauce, of 612 gr, to taste
1 can chipotle chile in adobo sauce, of 150 gr, to taste
1 can pineapple, 480 gr, in slices or pieces

The leg is sliced to taste and left to thaw all day until it's ready to be prepared
The sauce, honey, and chipotle pepper are blended to create a thick sauce, and this is used to coat the leg slices, which are then arranged in the chosen frying pan for this dish; between each layer, the pineapple slices are added, either whole or in pieces
once the slices are finished, pour all the remaining sauce on top and finish with the pineapple slices, placing a cherry in the middle or the pineapple cubes
Cover and place over high heat while the pan heats up for about 15 minutes. Then reduce the heat and let it cook for approximately 90 minutes. The sauce should remain thick
