Steaks with Spinach

A delicious recipe for the working woman who rushes home to prepare food for the little ones; it's also very nutritious, quick to make, and kids love it because it’s not spicy.

  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 8 tomatillos
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  • Wash the spinach and chop it.
  • Blend the tomatoes.
  • Put 3 steaks, a layer of spinach, and a bit of blended tomato in a pressure cooker, repeat, cover, and as soon as the cooker starts to whistle, let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes and serve with hot tortillas.
