500 grams skirt steak, in strips
3 tomatoes
1 onion, cut into julienne
1 bell pepper, in strips
1 clove garlic
5 tablespoons refried beans
6 corn tortillas
1 tablespoon epazote, in flakes
1 tablespoon ground marjoram
1/2 tablespoons ground pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
salt

Wash the tomatoes, peel them, and place them in a bowl to mash with a bean masher until pureed.
In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Add the bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Incorporate the arrachera fajitas and stir constantly while they seal (2-3 minutes).
Add the tomato puree, beans, spices, and let everything cook for another 10 minutes.
On a hot griddle, heat the tortillas and serve with the fajitas.
