1 tablespoon Knorr® beef bouillon
500 grams skirt steak
3 tomatoes
1 onion, cut into julienne
1 bell pepper, cut into strips
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
5 tablespoons refried black beans

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Cut the arrachera into strips and season with Knorr® Beef Flavor Bouillon.
Wash the tomatoes, peel them, and place them in a bowl. Mash them until pureed.
In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Add the bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Incorporate the arrachera fajitas and stir constantly while sealing (2-3 minutes).
Add the tomato puree, beans, and spices. Let cook for an additional 10 minutes.
In a hot griddle, heat the tortillas and serve with the fajitas.
