Arrachera Fajitas with Knorr®

These Knorr® Arrachera Fajitas are a great option to taco with friends, to watch games, or any gathering. They are so delicious that you'll want to make them more than once a week.

  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® beef bouillon
  • 500 grams skirt steak
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion, cut into julienne
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 5 tablespoons refried black beans

  • 1/2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • Cut the arrachera into strips and season with Knorr® Beef Flavor Bouillon.
  • Wash the tomatoes, peel them, and place them in a bowl. Mash them until pureed.
  • In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
  • Add the bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Incorporate the arrachera fajitas and stir constantly while sealing (2-3 minutes).
  • Add the tomato puree, beans, and spices. Let cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  • In a hot griddle, heat the tortillas and serve with the fajitas.
