Cantonese Style Steak

It’s a recipe that blends Mexican and Cantonese styles... very economical and delicious. A delightful recipe for steak in pure oriental style, combining carrots, broccoli, and steak.

  • 250 grams beefsteak, cut into strips
  • 500 grams broccoli
  • 4 carrots
  • 4 tablespoons Maggi seasoning sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 cup white button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil

  • Place the broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms in a pot with 1 cup of water and let cook for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  • Fry the onion in a pan with a tablespoon of oil and once seasoned, add the meat with Maggi seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Once the meat is cooked, add the drained vegetables and stir, let it season for 5 minutes and it's ready...!!
