Place the broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms in a pot with 1 cup of water and let cook for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Fry the onion in a pan with a tablespoon of oil and once seasoned, add the meat with Maggi seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.
