In 250-gram portions, take thin fillets of beef loin and marinate them with a bit of lemon, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
Use the fillets as a base and place two slices of ham and two slices of cheese on each portion, alternating the ham and cheese.
Wrap the loin forming rolls and secure them with toothpicks.
In a bowl, crack the egg, beat it slightly, and gently coat the loin rolls.
Now, pass them through the flour; for a crunchier texture, use some crushed saltine crackers, fine herbs, oatmeal, or another cereal of your choice.
In a skillet, pour the oil and heat it to medium temperature, so the loins brown and cook perfectly.
Remove them and place them on absorbent paper.
